“Frank is a hard-working student-athlete. Frank is one of three athletes that transferred from Garden City Community College to The College of Saint Rose. He has helped change the culture at the College while turning us into a strong track program. On the track, Frank is a competitor who runs aggressively and usually from the front,” said head coach Ray Putnam.
