Hilton had three top-10 performances to lead the Golden Knights at the Continental Invitational Sunday. Hilton ran the 200m dash in a seventh place time of 28.64 and then crossed the line ninth with a 14.37 clocking in the 100m. Hilton wrapped up her day with a seventh place long jump of 4.36 meters.
