Howard recorded three, top-20 finishes at Sunday’s Florida International Sprint Invite in Miami. He hit the wall 13th in both the 50-yard butterfly and 100 backstroke with respective times of 24.32 and 55.11, and swam an 18th place performance of 49.57 in the 100 freestyle.
