Voelkel averaged 9.7 points and 8.7 rebounds during a 2-1 week for Saint Rose. She knocked down 11-of-23 shots from the floor and hit at a 50.0 percent (5-for-10) clip from the arc in 27.0 minutes of reserve action. Voelkel was one of four players in double-figures with 11 points and eight boards in a 64-55 loss at Saint Michael’s last Wednesday night. She filled up the box score with seven points, eight caroms, a career-high four blocks; and two assists in a 78-66 decision over visiting Saint Anselm Saturday. On Tuesday night, Voelkel registered the first “double-double” of her career behind 11 points and 10 rebounds. She wound up going 4-for-8 from the floor and picked up three steals to lead the Golden Knights past Le Moyne 57-51.
