Howard helped four Saint Rose relay teams set schools records at this past weekend's Northeast-10 Conference Championships. The group raced to a 6:52.01 time in the 800 free relay to set a conference mark, followed by a 400 medley relay school standard of 3:27.22. Howard's 51.15 time in the 100 backstroke of that race also set a school mark. The 200 free relay quartet posted a time of 1:25.64 while the 400 free relay finished at 3:06.44. Individually, Howard set a school mark in the 100 fly with a time of 51.43 followed by setting the 200 back school record twice. He first posted a 1:52.72 time in the preliminaries followed by a finals time of 1:05.70.
