Brauer removed more than 10 seconds off her own school record in the 1,650-yard freestyle with a 17:19.45 clocking to finish 20th at the NCAA Championships. Furthermore, her 1,000 split time of 10:28.98 is also a Golden Knights standard.  Earlier in the week,  she earned two Honorable Mention All-America performances in the 200-yard Individual medley when she clocked in at 2:05.57 to place seventh in the consolation final and 15th overall as well as the 400-yard individual medley behind a time of 4:25.20.
