Howard picked up five individual wins and a relay win during two victories this weekend for the Golden Knights.  Howard first picked up two wins at Saint Michael's on Saturday, first in the 200 free at a 1:50.45 time followed by a 100 free 47.75 timing.  He the took home three wins and a relay win on Sunday against Bentley.  He was victorious in the 100 back behind a time of 55.31 and then 2:00.67 finish in the 200 back followed by a 200 IM time of 2:05.68.  In the 200 medley relay, Howard was the lead leg on a time of 1:41.21. 55.31 as victorious in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 55.31. Later he claimed the 200 backstroke and the 200 IM with times of 2:00.67 and 2:05.68 respec was victorious in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 55.31.
