Krok won two individual events and was also part of the winning 400-yard medley relay squad to help lead Saint Rose past Utica 144-68 on Sunday. Krok swam the third leg on the relay team that hit the wall first in 3:55.03. He was the first to finish the 500 free behind a 5:08.06 clocking. Krok also took first in the 100 breaststroke in a time of 1:06.98.
