College of Saint Rose Athletics

Roger Bowlby, Jr., a 1983 graduate, earned the distinction of being named team MVP in two sports in the same year (1981-82) at Saint Rose. Roger was a two-time soccer team MVP (1981, 1982) during the College’s first two seasons in the NAC and was named the baseball team MVP as a junior. He completed his two-year baseball career with a .382 batting average and was listed among the College’s top-five pitchers with a 2.75 ERA throughout 100+ innings on the mound.
