Among the Golden Knights most accomplished female swimmers throughout the program’s inaugural decade, Cathi DeSimone-Greiner graduated owning six school records and a pair of Saint Rose individual pool standards. She was also part of two pool record holding relay contingents. Cathi set school records in the 200, 500, 1,000, and 1,650-yard freestyles, and both the 200 and 400 individual medleys. She furthermore held the 200 free and 200 breaststroke pool standards, along with the 200 and 400 free relay pool records. As a junior, the team captain finished among the top-30 in the 100 breaststroke at the New England Championships.
