The College of Saint Rose is located between Western and Madison Avenues in Albany.

From the North: Take the Northway (I-87 South) to I-90. Proceed east on I-90 to exit 5 (Everett Road). At the exit ramp, turn right onto Everett Road and look for the signs for The College of Saint Rose. At the second light, turn left onto Route 5 (Central Avenue). Continue through four lights and then turn right onto North Main Avenue. Proceed on North Main for three blocks, then turn left onto Western Avenue. The Events and Athletics Center is located approximately one-half mile on the right side.
From the South: Take the New York State Thruway to exit 23 (I-787). Proceed north on I-787 to I-90 West. Continue traveling west on I-90 to exit 5 (Everett Road). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Everett Road and look for the signs for The College of Saint Rose. Follow directions listed above.
From the East: From the east, take the Massachusetts Turnpike to the New York State Thruway, get off at exit B-1 (I-90 West). Proceed on I-90 to exit 5 (Everett Road). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Everett Road and look for the signs for The College of Saint Rose. Follow directions listed above.
From the West: From the West, take exit 24 off the New York State Thruway and proceed on I-90 East to exit 5 (Everett Road). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Everett Road and look for the signs for The College of Saint Rose. Follow directions listed above.

From New York State Thruway (Interstate Route 90)
Take Exit 6A to Interstate 787 South. Go to end towards Route 9W (Exit 1). Turn Right onto Southern Boulevard at Light. Go approximately 100 yards and turn left at light. Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbee Avenue. Complex will be on your left.
From the North (Route 87 Heading South)
Take Exit 7 off of Route 87 South. Merge onto Route 7 East towards Troy/Cohoes. Merge onto Route 787 South. Go to end towards Route 9W (Exit 1). Turn Right onto Southern Boulevard at Light. Go approximately 100 yards and turn left at light. Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbee Avenue. Complex will be on your left.
From the South (Route 87 Heading North)
Take Exit 23 (Interstate 787/U.S. 9W) towards Albany/Troy. Take Exit 1 (U.S. 9W North towards Albany). Turn Left onto Southern Boulevard. Go approximately 100 yards and turn right at light.
Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbee Avenue. Complex will be on your left.

The Albany Academy
The Albany Academy is approximately a ten-minute drive (four miles) from The College of Saint Rose.
From the East: Take 1-90 to 1-787 south to the end. Go straight on Hoffman Avenue. Make a left on Second Avenue. Cross Delaware Avenue to Whitehall Road and stay left at the “V” Make a right on Marwill Street. Cross Hackett Boulevard and go straight up Academy Road. AA is on the left; AAG is on the right. From the intersection of 1-90 and 1-787, approximately 7 miles.
From the North: Take 1-87 (Northway) south to Western Avenue (Route 20 East) and make a left on Western. Make a right on South Manning Boulevard. Make a left on New Scotland Avenue. Make a right on Academy Road. The west (boys) campus is on the right; the east (girls) campus is on the left. From Northway, approximately 4 miles.
From the West: Take Western Avenue (Route 20 East). Make a right on South Manning Boulevard. Make a left on New Scotland Avenue. Make a right on Academy Road. West campus is on the right; east campus is on the left. From the intersection of 1-87 and Western Avenue, approximately 5 miles.
From the South: Take the New York State Thruway to either Exit 23 or 24. From Exit 23: Make a left on Route 9W and follow around to second light. Make a right on Hoffman Avenue. Make a left on Second Avenue. Cross Delaware Avenue to Whitehall Road and stay left at the “V.” Make a right on Marwill Street. Cross Hackett Boulevard and go straight up Academy Road. The Crossings of Colonie
The Crossings of Colonie is approximately a 15 minute drive (8 miles) from the Saint Rose campus.
From the North: Take the Northway (I-87) south to Exit 4 (Albany Airport). Make a left onto Albany-Shaker Road. The park is one half mile on your right.
From the South: Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) north to Exit 24. After the tolls take the Northway (I-87) north towards Montreal. Get off on Exit 4 (Albany Airport) and stay in the middle turn lane going left. This will put you on Wolf Road briefly-stay to your right. Make a quick right onto Albany-Shaker Road. The park is one half mile on your right.

The park is one half mile on your right.
From the Albany International Airport: Exit the airport by heading east on Albany Shaker Road. The park will be on your right approximately 1 mile from the airport.
TRACK/WOMEN’S TENNIS
University at Albany
The University at Albany is about a 5 minute drive from the College.
Traveling west (right hand turn out of the parking lot across from the Saint Rose Events and Athletics Center) on Western Avenue (Route 20) you will continue beyond Saint Rose 1-2 miles and pass the NY State Offices on your right. Continue on Western until you see the signs for the University on your right. Enter and take a left onto Perimeter Road. You will see the athletic fields and the RACC athletic facilities parking lot.
WOMEN’S TENNIS
Kelton Courts
Kelton Courts are about a 10 minute drive from the College.
Travel west (right hand turn out of the parking lot across from the Saint Rose Events and Athletics Center) on Western Avenue. Make a left at South Manning Blvd at fourth traffic light. Travel on S. Manning Blvd through New Scotland Avenue intersection (you will see St. Peter’s Hospital on the left side) and continue straight. Make a left onto Whitehall Road. Continue on Whitehall before making a right onto Steven and Harriett Myers Middle School.
