ALBANY – The College of Saint Rose will again help fight cancer by making a charitable contribution to three great causes at Saturday's home
Northeast-10 Conference basketball doubleheader. Saint Rose will donate the proceeds from paid admissions to the contests versus Pace University to the
Susan G. Komen Foundation,
The V Foundation for Cancer Research, and
Camp Bravehearts.
Additionally, the College will match the dollar figure collected at the gate. The total figure will be divided equally among all three of the aforementioned charities with Saint Rose President David Szczerbacki, Ph. D presenting a check at halftime of the men's game to representatives from each organization benefiting from the College's gesture.
General admission to all Saint Rose home basketball dates is five dollars. Tickets go on sale 75 minutes prior to tip-off of the day's first scheduled game. Saturday's women's game is set to begin at 1:30 pm, while the men's contest is scheduled for a 3:30 pm start.
